Vibram® Vento

With the development of the Vibram® VENTO outsole we have achieved an important breakthrough in the manufacturing of technical outdoor footwear, reaching new and unsurpassed levels of grip, breathability, cushioning and comfort in general.

Highly breathable all around and durably waterproof
The revolutionary design of the Vibram® VENTO outsole allows to design footwear with GORE-TEX® SURROUND® technology, which, without losing their protection and impermeability, guarantee máximum all round breathability and interior comfort by achieving an effective evacuation of heat and moisture in all directions, also by the sole of the foot, increasing this way between 30% - 40% the breathable surface.

High level of cushioning
Another great advantage of the Vibram® VENTO outsole is the high level of cushioning it provides, which translates into a considerable reduction in the force of the impacts of each step, preventing them from being transmitted to the feet, knees, hips, spine and skull; a high level of energy return, which reduces fatigue and increases efficiency during the walk, as well as a better feeling of comfort in general.

High level of grip, traction and stability
Thanks to the use of the Vibram Megagrip compound, in combination with the design of the lugs, the Vibram® VENTO outsole offers great stability and traction, an incomparable grip both on wet and dry surfaces, an optimal adaptability to the surface, as well as rugged durability and resistance to abrasion.

Our new footwear with VENTO sole are therefore ideal models for use in moderate and warm climates and for activities in which we need a higher level of heat evacuation and comfort, such as for example summer hiking, long routes such as the Camino de Santiago or GR trails, aerobic activities such as Nordic Walking and Speed Hiking, adventure travel, etc..
