Bestard products are warranted against defects caused by materials and workmanship

To exercise the Bestard warranty, the article should be thoroughly cleaned and given to the dealer where you bought it for a first examination and possible postal delivery to Calzados Bestard, S.A. Please attach your purchase receipt, a note with a clear description of the imperfection and contact details of the owner. Boots which have not been properly cleaned before the shipment to Bestard will be returned.
After being examined by our Technical Department, and if the imperfection is covered by the warranty, the boot may either be repaired or - in case repair is not possible - replaced without charge.
Should the warranty be shown not to cover the boot due to reasons given above, the product may instead be repaired at the expense of the owner; following his or her approval.
