EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY

EXCHANGES:

The first exchange is free of charge. No return shipping or redelivery costs will apply. You may exchange your item within 30 business days from the date of receipt. You may exchange it for a different size, color, or model.

To request an exchange, please send an email to tiendaonline@bestard.com, and we will arrange the new order. Once we receive the returned item at our facilities, we will send the replacement.

If the new pair has a higher value than the returned one, you will be required to pay the price difference. If the new pair has a lower value than the returned one, we will refund the difference. If you wish to make a second exchange or any subsequent exchanges, a fee of 10€ will apply to each exchange.

RETURNS:

You have 30 business days from the date of receipt to return your item. You may do so directly through your account in the “Merchandise Returns” section or by sending an email to tiendaonline@bestard.com before the applicable deadline expires. We will reply to the email address you provided and inform you of the next steps.

In the event of a return due to dissatisfaction with the product, we will refund all payments received from you, less the return shipping cost (10€), without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 10 calendar days from the date we receive the item at our factory and verify that it is in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. If we are on holiday, the refund will be processed upon our return. The return cost is 10€ to cover shipping expenses. Once your return request has been approved, the shipping company will collect the item from the delivery address. Alternatively, if you prefer, you may send the product back at your own expense once the return has been approved. In this case, you will remain responsible for the returned item until it arrives at our factory.

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a shipping error, we will provide a full refund without deducting any return costs, if you prefer, or we will replace the item with a new delivery.

To process your return, please send an email to tiendaonline@bestard.com or submit a request through the “Merchandise Returns” section of your account, indicating your order number in the subject line, the reason for the return, and a photograph of the issue. We will respond within 5 business days (unless we are on holiday, in which case we will reply upon our return). Any refund is subject to inspection and verification of the reported defect once the item has been received at our factory.

Common provisions

Your right to withdraw from the contract will apply exclusively to those products that are returned in the same conditions in which you received them. No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond the opening of the box, or of products that are not in the same condition in which they were delivered, so you must be careful with the product / s while they are in your possession.

To make the return, the item must be in perfect condition and sent with its original packaging. The return of those articles that show signs of use or manipulation will not be accepted.
